Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Tenavet LLC ("Tenavet," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit tenavet.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

This policy covers the marketing Site only. The Record Health iOS application has its own Privacy Policy and (where applicable) Notice of Privacy Practices, presented to you in-app. The handling of your medical records inside the app is governed by those documents, not this one.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you email us or fill out a waitlist request, we receive your message and any information it contains — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and to notify you when Record Health becomes available (if you've asked us to).

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting provider may automatically receive standard request information such as your IP address, the pages you request, your approximate location (derived from IP), the date and time of your visit, and your browser type. This information is used to operate the Site, protect against abuse, and improve performance.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set minimal cookies necessary for security and abuse prevention. We do not use third-party analytics that build profiles of you across the web.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and fulfill your waitlist request;
  • Operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized activity;
  • Comply with our legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers. We use a small number of vendors to operate the Site (for example, our hosting provider and our email provider). These vendors process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required to do so by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tenavet, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. If Tenavet is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

4. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Waitlist emails are retained until you ask us to remove you, or for a reasonable period after launch notification, whichever is shorter.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@tenavet.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

California residents

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We do not sell personal information.

7. HIPAA Notice (Record Health Application)

The Record Health iOS application is designed with HIPAA principles in mind. The cloud AI components used inside the application are hosted on Amazon Web Services under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). No third-party AI model is shown unmasked Protected Health Information (PHI); identifiers are tokenized before any external model is called.

Important: This Site (tenavet.com) is a marketing surface only and does not collect PHI. Do not submit medical records or other Protected Health Information through this Site or to our general email address. PHI handling inside the Record Health application is governed by the in-app Privacy Notice and applicable agreements.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
